Runs His Own Company in Øyer

Polish Adam Stalerzuk was born in 1981 in Biala Podlaska in southeast Poland. He is married and has two daughters. Before he came to Norway he lived in Warsaw where he studied management at the same time that he worked at building his own security company.

He cared for the animals and helped his employer with smaller building projects. Now he and his wife Wioletta run a company that provides renovation, building, transport, cleaning, and environmental work.
Adam received official certification as a carpenter in 2010. He wants to continue to expand his competence so as to further develop his company.

Even though he works a lot of hours, Adam also wants to share with his wife in bringing up their two daughters. In free time he plays soccer, skis downhill, and is involved in water sports. He’s enthusiastic about Norwegian nature and has mountains and water close to where he lives.

Adam has another big passion: history about the World War II. He knows much about Norway’s history in that period. He knows exactly what happened in Oppland and in Øyer where he lives and feels local history is especially interesting. He also has a collection of uniforms from that war.

When Adam worked for a security company in Warsaw he often was around situations where violence and injuries resulted in someone’s life being changed in just an instant. With that experience in the back of his head he often thinks how peaceful everyday life is in Norway. It is a big relief for him to escape worries about the safety of people he’s close to.
