Kariin Sundsback
Kariin Sundsback is a Norwegian historian, lecturer and Norwegian emigration supervisor, living in The Hague, Netherlands. She studied history in Amsterdam, specializing in early modern culture and gender history. She wrote her dissertation at the European University Institute in Florence on the emigration of Norwegian women in the Dutch cities Amsterdam and Hoorn betwee 1600 and 1750. Today Kariin works as a freelance historian and teacher of the Norwegian language and she regularly organizes thematic lectures, workshops and historical guided city tours on early modern cultural history.
